  The food is great and the shakes are too. HOWEVER, we have never received an order without some kind of mistake.
  
  "Ketchup and lettuce only please" apparently means ketchup, mayo, lettuce, cheese, and bacon. The burger we ordered didn't even come with cheese or bacon!
  
  If you don't mind eating whatever they give you, it's perfect.

  This place should really have ONE star.  I just had the worst experience at this location.
  
  I received my ice cream at 945PM and they don't close until 10PM.  As they were handing us our ice creams, a young man started stacking up all of the outdoor seats.  We were literally about to sit down.  He even kicked two customers out of their seats that were currently sitting and eating.  
  
  He then suggested that we find seats near their parking lot.  There were 3 of us and only 2 chairs, so I asked if he could bring one chair over.  Just as he was about to bring us a chair, a young lady told him not to, through the window.  
  
  We said, "You're not even closed for another 15 minutes and we can't use one chair?"  He then proceeded to say a LOT of disrespectful and out-of-line comments towards my family and I.  Next he says, "6 of you are attacking me right now.  I'm doing my job." All of the other customers, currently in line, heard is comments and looked at each other in disbelief.  
  
  I can't even begin to describe how rude and disrespectful this boy is.  He should NOT be working in customer service at all.  Not to mention, the very crabby older lady at the window who rudely stared down my Aunt as she was ordering.
  
  We left with our ice creams in hand and drove to find another place to eat them.
  
  I've had problems with this place before and I have forgiven them and returned (I've been living in Burbank for 5 years).  So, I've said this once but now I truly truly mean it... I will NEVER be returning to this place ever again.

  Foster Freeze Burbank upsold me to a large drink for a few cents to get away from a dollar charge for spending under $10. My receipt went from $9.91 to $11.57. I would have made paying the dollar fee. I had to dump the Lipton raspberry iced tea. It tastes spoiled like mildew residue. I made a report to Foster Freeze through their website.
  
  And I finally sat down to eat. The chicken in the sandwich was overfried like almost burnt. I ate it with ranch dressing but it was still dry. Foster Freeze sure wasn't it's usually self today. I definitely won't be back anytime soon. I don't recommend them as of today.

  I think it's under new ownership or something because this Fosters is so much better than it used to be; the service and the quality. We love driving thru and getting a late night treat. Check out the new menu, so much better.

  We stopped by after we had dinner across the street for some ice cream.  They have a awesome chocolate dip vanilla soft serve. I'm sure many things ok menu rock but we literally stopped by for ice cream. Only suggestion I would make is to get small or medium because we over did it with the large.
